MultiSolution AEM Architect

Overview As an AEM Architect, you will lead strategy, architecture, and implementation for complex AEM initiatives within a growing web content management group. You’ll collaborate across teams to design scalable solutions, integrate with the Adobe Marketing Cloud stack, and ensure robust content models and workflows. This role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership in a decoupled, cloud-enabled CMS environment. You will shape technical direction and deliver high-impact, enterprise-scale web solutions. ResponsibilitiesDrive strategy, architecture, design and implementation of AEM initiativesDevelop and integrate AEM solutions (AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM 6.5/6.4) with front-end techDesign content models, workflows, and templates; manage Experience Fragments & content fragmentsManage AEM workflows, user/group permissions, and security modelsCoordinate with Adobe Marketing Cloud components (Analytics, Target, Launch) and external systemsEstablish CI/CD pipelines and decoupled architecture environments (dev/QA/prod)Ensure coding standards, performance, and reusability across CMS implementationsDeliver at least three full lifecycle CMS implementations Key requirementsMinimum 6 years hands-on experience implementing Adobe AEM (6.2/6.5) or similar CMSMinimum 8 years in design, development and support of large-scale web appsExperience with Java developmentHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAXRESTful web services experienceExperience with Adobe Cloud ManagerNice-to-have: Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce API, server setup/configurationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceStrong communication skills (spoken and written)Problem solving and analytical thinkingAdaptability across shifting environmentsAdobe Experience Manager (AEM)AEM as a Cloud ServiceAEM 6.2/6.4/6.5
