Elevation Consulting Solution is seeking a talented Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team in Mars Hill, NC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our construction projects and contributing to our company's growth and success. Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for commercial construction projects Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates Review construction drawings and specifications to identify project requirements Develop detailed take-offs and material quantities for projects Create and maintain project documentation, including submittals, change orders, and punch out lists Experience with pre-construction and scope development Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints Strong knowledge of civil construction and civil engineering principles Ability to use construction management software such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience with project controls and bidding processes Knowledge of construction documentation and project execution Ability to create and manage request for information (RFI) documents In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), vacation leave, sick leave, and short-term disability.
