At SEYMOUR FAMILY DENTISTRY, INC., we strive to make a positive impact on oral healthcare in our community.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Hygienist based in Seymour, IN. The Dental Hygienist will provide preventive dental care, perform dental cleanings, conduct oral health evaluations, and educate patients on maintaining good oral hygiene. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with dentists to identify and treat periodontal disease, supporting patient records documentation, and ensuring a clean and sterile environment in compliance with healthcare standards.Although this is a full-time position, we will consider hiring 2 part-time hygienists.QualificationsProficiency in Dentistry and Dental Care practicesExpertise in Dental Hygiene and performing Dental ProphylaxisExperience in identifying and treating Periodontal DiseaseStrong interpersonal and communication skills to educate and engage with patientsAbility to maintain patient records and follow clinic policies for hygiene and safetyValid dental hygiene licensure in the state of IndianaBachelor’s degree or associate degree in dental hygieneExperience in a dental or healthcare environment is preferredAt Seymour Family Dentistry, we value our team of professionals.
