Physical & Mental Elements Include the Ability to:Work, concentrate and perform duties accurately in a fast-paced environmentTake direction and work well with othersProvide courteous service and deal effectively with Wendy's guestsTrain and develop othersLearn and apply policies and proceduresReact to change productively and handle other tasks assignedCommunicate clearly and effectivelyComplete all applicable training programsStand for long periods without a breakFrequent bending and kneelingRegular lifting and carrying up to 25 – 50 poundsTravel to other restaurants, Area Office, etc. as neededWork many different shifts with a 50-hour workweekEquipment Use Includes the Ability to use:Headset to take customer orders or to take or give directionKeyboard and computerSpecific Responsibilities Include:Ensure "A" Level operations is maintained through the execution of quality, service, and cleanliness standards on every daypartSupervise, coordinate, and delegate to ensure all food safety procedures are properly trained, monitored, and reinforcedAssist with staffing the restaurant with trained employeesManage food, labor and paper costs, and other controllable expensesEducation / Experience:High School diploma or GED and 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in the QSR or hospitality industry.
