This position requires a deep understanding of the personal care industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and execute the overall business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in the personal care industry. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market analysis, competitor assessment, and customer needs assessment. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, distributors, and retailers. Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, including contracts, partnerships, and distribution agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives. Conduct regular market research and stay up to date with industry trends, customer preferences, and regulatory changes to identify new growth areas. Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and professional development. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and competitive landscape to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies accordingly. Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations, proposals, and business plans to clients, stakeholders, and senior management. Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience in business development or sales leadership roles within the personal care industry. Physical Requirements:Must be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds. This position will require sitting for long periods of time, walking, standing, bending, as well as using fine motor skills, such as finger dexterity.
