Technical Program Mgr. III - Tokyo Electron America, Inc. - Hillsboro, ORTokyo Electron America, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Mgr. III - Dry Etch Analytics in Hillsboro, OR. Duties incl, but are not limited to lead the strat dvlpmt & implem of advncd digi solutions, focusing on sensor data analytics, machine learning (ML)/artificial intelligence (AI), & digi twin techs to ensure the cmpny is optimizing semiconductor etch processes, enhancing equipment perfrmnc, & supporting New Prod Introduction (NPI) initiatives for strat U.S. customers. Must have a Bachelor's or equiv in science or rltd field. Must have 8 yrs of exp in biz anlss, data anlss, strat planning, biz forecasting, proj mgmt, or rltd exp. Must have the following skills: Exp in the full S/w Dvlpmt Life Cycle (SDLC) using Python for dvlpng & deploying solutions leveraging machine learning & data analytics; Exp strategically planning & evaluating tech solutions aligned w/ biz needs, translating customer reqs, & communicating the value of tech solutions to stakeholders; Exp mngng tech projs, incl planning, rsrce allocation, & stakeholder comm ( incl intl teams), ensuring on-time & within-budget dlvry; Exp creating tech documentation & presenting cmplx tech info to both tech & non-technical audiences; Exp working w/ Japanese biz; Exp working on intl teams; Exp analyzing datasets to extract key insights, visualize data & translate findings into actionable recommendations; Exp communicating the value proposition of tech solutions to var audiences based on the understanding of tech mrktng.
