Role Description This is an on-site, full-time position based in Sacramento, CA, for a Roof Repair Estimator. The Roof Repair Estimator will evaluate client needs, conduct site inspections, and prepare accurate estimates. They will collaborate with customers, document project requirements, and communicate effectively regarding timelines, materials, and budgets. Additional responsibilities include following safety protocols and maintaining client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in roofing assessment, repair evaluation, and site inspectionsStrong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and preparing project proposalsAbility to communicate effectively with clients and team membersKnowledge of safety protocols and regulations within the construction/roofing industryPhysical ability to climb ladders, inspect roofs, and work in various weather conditionsPrior experience in roofing, repair and installation and sales is required!Problem-solving skills and attention to detailBasic proficiency in computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and project management tools, is beneficialDriver’s license and reliable transportation required.
