Logistics & Warehouse Associate Independent OperatorWe are seeking an independent, hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Associate to own day-to-day warehouse and shipping operations for employee time clock hardware. This role requires strong system and shipping knowledge, logical thinking, and the ability to work independently with full accountability.In addition to shipping, this role includes light hardware configuration, where reader modules are connected to time clocks prior to shipment, followed by verification using a defined checklist to ensure accuracy and quality before delivery.This is a light warehouse environment with no forklifts or heavy equipment. Typical package weight is 2030 lbs.Key ResponsibilitiesShipping, Coordination & Cost CalculationPick, pack, and ship hardware using DHL, FedEx, and UPSPrepare shipping labels, packing slips, and international shipping documentationCalculate and communicate shipping charges (domestic and international) to internal teams prior to shipmentProvide shipping confirmations, tracking details, and respond to shipping-related questions or issuesCoordinate resolution of delivery exceptions, delays, or shipping discrepanciesReceiving & Inventory ManagementReceive inventory, including occasional containers and palletized shipmentsVerify inbound items against packing lists and purchase ordersMaintain accurate inventory records in the ERP systemPerform and reconcile monthly physical inventory countsHardware Configuration & Quality ControlConnect reader modules and accessories to time clocks prior to shipmentComplete pre-shipment configuration and QA checklistsVerify correct configuration, quantities, and packaging before shippingSystems OwnershipAccurately process all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in ERPMaintain organized inventory and a clean, efficient warehouse workspaceRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or shipping operationsStrong computer and system skills; comfortable working in ERP and shipping platformsExperience with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and international shipping documentationAbility to estimate and calculate shipping costs accuratelyLogical, detail-oriented, and checklist-drivenComfortable working independently with ownership and accountabilityAble to lift 2030 lbs. per boxCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $42,000 $48,000Performance Bonus: Annual, based on accuracy, execution, cost awareness, and responsivenessProfit Sharing: Eligible starting Year 2Health insurance, paid time off, and company holidaysIdeal CandidateA hands-on operator who thinks logically, understands shipping cost drivers, follows systems and checklists, communicates clearly, and takes pride in shipping accurately configured hardware the first time.
