The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity, implementing best practices, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What your primary responsibilities will be:Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cashflow statements, ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Conduct variance analysis and performance evaluations to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with senior management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance. Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit. Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation, explanations, and support to facilitate a smooth audit process. Continuously assess and enhance accounting processes and procedures to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the finance function. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. What you will need:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA certification preferred5+ years of experience in Accounting/FinanceThorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirementsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Bilingual in English/Mandarin requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
