This isn't a role for someone looking to coast, you'll be expected to hit the ground running, take ownership of infrastructure, and deliver from day one.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Azure platform infrastructure (AKS, managed Kubernetes clusters, storage services)Build and manage file-processing services, Azure Search, and Document Intelligence integrationsImplement infrastructure-as-code for scalable, multi-cloud deployments across multiple Azure subscriptionsOptimise cloud costs and handle client requests and ongoing maintenanceCollaborate closely with a small, high-performing DevOps team with staggered coverageRequirementsDeep, hands-on Kubernetes experience (under-the-hood understanding, not just surface-level)Proven experience building and scaling Azure-based infrastructureStrong infrastructure-as-code skillsSelf-starter mindset, minimal ramp-up time expectedPolish-speaking strongly preferred; EU residency requiredComfortable with occasional off-hours requests (no formal SLA, but team coverage expected)What's on OfferCompetitive B2B contract rate (DOE)Fully remote with bi-monthly Oslo in-person weeks (travel covered)Work within a high-ownership, no-excuses culture where quality is everything
