General Manager – Philadelphia, PA The Opportunity SkyHop Global is looking for a dynamic, people-driven leader who thrives on building and leading medium to large teams in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage the daily operation, develop supervisors and frontline employees, and set the tone for excellence and accountability. What You’ll Do Launch and lead 1-3 SkyHop stations (depending on size of operation) - hiring, training, and motivating a high-performing team Direct day-to-day operations ensuring on-time, safe, and reliable service for airline partners Build a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement Manage payroll, scheduling, and P&L accountability to drive station success Partner with HR and Training to ensure effective onboarding and employee development Ensure compliance with company policies and industry safety standards What We Offer Base salary of $110,000 / year, in addition to 20% Monthly Bonus opportunities Bonus Potential tied to station performance and safety results Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Exciting growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding national brand Position Requirements 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, retail, hospitality, or a similar field At least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity (Overseeing teams, managing schedule, & Day-to-Day operations) Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team. Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills. Availability for a 24/7/365 business—includes weekends and holidays. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
