The Cyber Security Analyst II will support the development and operation of the FORGE, an Additive Manufacturing Facility located at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. This role supports a networked 3D printing and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capability in a Department of War Joint environment, led by Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) Pacific.Support the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) with Risk Management Framework (RMF) package development, serving as a technical contributor.Assemble and maintain required Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) documentation in accordance with ISSM guidance and governing policies.Assess and implement security controls in alignment with NIST SP 800-53, including STIGs and vulnerability scanning using ACAS/Nessus.Assist system administrators with STIG implementation, security best practices, and remediation of Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs).Process and track vulnerability scan results (Nessus, STIG, SCAP); document open findings, propose mitigations, and develop POA&Ms as needed.Create and maintain system authorization boundary diagrams and data flow diagrams, including Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Ports, Protocols & Services (PPS) documentation.Ensure PPS list compliance per DoDI 8551.01.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across varying organizational levels.Payrate: $90,000 to $110,000 AnnuallyRequired Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field3–5 years of experience in an IT or Cyber Security role supporting DoD environmentsDoD 8570.01-M compliance at IAT Level II (Security+ or equivalent) requiredActive Secret security clearance requiredU.S. Citizenship requiredHands-on experience with ACAS, STIGs, and RMF processesProficiency with Microsoft operating systems, Linux, and networking equipmentWorking knowledge of servers, networking infrastructure, and enterprise IT environmentsKnowledge of Military communication suites in areas such as LAN, WAN, and RF paths.
