Dual Property Hotel Sales Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dual Property Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across two hotel properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality sales and management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, create and foster client relationships, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across both hotel properties. Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and other key partners to generate new business opportunities. Lead and supervise sales teams, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team success. Oversee guest relations efforts to enhance guest satisfaction and foster loyalty through personalized service. Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless operations, including night audit procedures and guest services. Manage budgeting processes, monitor revenue management metrics, and analyze market trends to optimize pricing strategies. Oversee operations related to guest services, reservations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and overall guest experience. Lead initiatives for hospitality excellence by maintaining high standards in guest relations, amenities, and service delivery. Qualifications Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, in a hotel setting. Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and sales strategy development. Extensive hotel experience with a comprehensive understanding of front desk operations, night audit procedures, and guest services. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage diverse guest needs effectively. Leadership qualities with demonstrated ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively. Knowledge of hospitality management systems, multi-line phone systems, and hotel operational software. Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
