Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant needed for Condominium Association Office. Onsite office position for Experienced & Qualified candidate. Full Time position 30 hours a week. ONLY EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES NEED TO APPLY. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Requirements for this position: Knowledge of Condominium rentals and leasing experience and Sales applications. Must be able to Multitask with Time management skills for this fast paced position. Must be proficient with emailing, Microsoft Word & Excel programs. (Must have) Create word documents and spreadsheets. Handling money and monthly accounting of administrative fees collected. Must demonstrate good organizational skills. Must have good communication skills as well as time management skills. Must be able to assist Property Manager with daily office tasks. Answering phone calls, responding to emails daily. Can adapt well to new tasks & office duties in a fast paced work environment. Benefits Include: 11 paid Holidays.
