Epic Beaker Lab Analyst

Our client is seeking an Epic Beaker Lab Analyst to support laboratory operations across anatomic and clinical pathology. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level analyst who has a solid foundation in Epic and lab workflows and is eager to continue growing their technical and functional expertise. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.Epic Beaker Lab Analyst's Responsibilities and DutiesSupport Epic Beaker AP and CP modules, including configuration, build, and ongoing optimizationPerform system configuration, unit testing, and integrated testing for new builds and enhancementsTroubleshoot technical issues and partner with lab and IT teams to resolve them efficientlyAssist with system upgrades, enhancements, and change requestsCollaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutionsDocument build decisions, workflows, and support processesEpic Beaker Lab Analyst's Qualifications and SkillsAt least 2 years of experience as an Epic Beaker Analyst or in a related Epic clinical systems roleFoundational experience supporting laboratory workflows, specifically AP and CPEpic Beaker certification preferred but not required, with a willingness to obtainExperience with configuration, build, and testing in EpicStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and clinical teams
