Your outstanding talents will help patients on their journey to wellness.In this role, you will lead manufacturing excellence initiatives by identifying and executing process improvements across production lines. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, delivery, and cost performance while driving measurable results through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will also play a key role in coaching teams and building continuous improvement capabilities within the manufacturing site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development and execution of process improvement plans to enhance Quality, Delivery, and Cost performanceIdentify and prioritize opportunities through data analysis and value stream assessmentsDesign and implement improvements to optimize the flow of products, people, and informationLead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results using Lean and Six Sigma toolsDrive change management planning and execution for site-level initiativesImprove throughput and capacity by identifying and reducing constraintsCoach and mentor associates to build Lean and Six Sigma capabilities and engagementSustain improvements through continuous improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, and ME2Facilitate business case development and present results to leadershipEnsure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standardsQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering discipline requiredRequiredEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:4+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvementIndustrial Engineering background with focus on process optimization, workflows, and production systemsLean or Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt required)Experience supporting or leading process improvement initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisionsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of manufacturing processes and performance metrics (OEE, throughput, yield, cost)Effective communication and presentation skillsPreferredSix Sigma Black Belt certificationExperience in regulated environments (FDA, GMP, ISO)Exposure to financial processes, cost analysis, and business planningExperience mentoring or coaching others on continuous improvement methodologiesJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
