Position Summary
As an Instructional Designer, you will primarily be responsible for curriculum revision and maintenance. Technical curriculum may involve electronics, IT systems, or more highly specialized areas such as repairing or operating weapons systems. You will be expected to organize and draft a curriculum that breaks a complex subject into blocks or units of instruction, create graphics, and integrates them into the curriculum. Courses may be instructor based, computer-based, simulator-based, interactive, or non-interactive.

Strong coordination and task management skills
Three years of relevant experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Ability to work within a team environment as well as independent
Ability to obtain a security clearance
