We are currently looking to fill a position in our Cantonment, Florida location.We are looking for an experienced, hard working individual to join our team of service technicians. This position offers the satisfaction of providing great customer service without being tied to a desk. This is an established route that has been cared for well. We have a technician that is retiring that has created this staffing need.We are currently seeking individuals who have either termite and pest control experience. Your skills development will include company supported career advancement and state licensing. Qualified candidates must be self organized; have good communication and computer skills; excellent observation and documentation skills; and be able to work cooperatively with customers and other employees at all levels including top management.Your work will include:Visually inspect and treat for pestsBuilding and maintaining good customer relationsTaking personal initiative and responsibility for identifying conducive conditionsParticipation in group meetings and account reviewsCompletion of independent and group on-going training and willingness to work flexible hoursBeing an interactive member in a team work environmentBe responsible for the day to day operation of a termite routeActively engaging with existing and prospective clients in order to grow the route(sales)Processing daily paperwork for each account We require technicians to: Possess a valid driving record that meets company standardsShow a stable work historyWork independently and in teamsBe comfortable working with insects and in a variety of environmental conditions and confined spaces.Satisfactorily complete initial technical training and state licensing requirementsWe offer excellent pay, and benefits including medical, dental, life and disability plans.
