Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager at QTL in Milford, CT. The Quality Manager will oversee the quality control processes, implement quality assurance measures, conduct product inspections, analyze data to improve processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Process Improvement skillsExperience in conducting product inspections and data analysisKnowledge of industry regulations and quality standardsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fieldCertifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus
