Our work is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires care, efficiency, and teamwork.The RoleWe’re hiring a Move Supervisor / Crew Lead to lead the move portion of our jobs and support clean-out work as needed.This role is a great fit for someone with strong moving experience who is ready to step into more responsibility and help lead a crew on job sites.What You’ll DoLead and coordinate move jobsWrap and protect furniture properlyLoad, unload, and move items safely and efficientlyHelp keep the crew organized and on paceCommunicate clearly with team members and clientsSupport clean-out jobs as part of the teamWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in moving, furniture handling, or similar hands-on workComfortable stepping into a leadership role when neededStrong work ethic—you’ll be working alongside the teamPhysically capable of lifting and moving furnitureReliable, punctual, and able to follow throughGood communication and problem-solving skillsSchedulePart-time to start (6–10 hours/week)Opportunity for more hours as work growsPrimarily weekday jobsPay$20-24/hour DOE
