This role blends relationship management, sales strategy, and financial product expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong visibility and career development potential.ResponsibilitiesBuild and strengthen relationships with insurance agents and distribution partners to increase annuity sales within an assigned territory.Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound sales calls to support producers, answer inquiries, and identify new business opportunities.Prepare and deliver annuity illustrations and product support materials for agents and internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline updates within Salesforce CRM.Support territory planning initiatives and contribute to the execution of regional growth strategies.Serve as a knowledgeable resource on fixed and fixed indexed annuity products and market positioning.Communicate competitive insights, market trends, and sales opportunities to internal teams and leadership.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, service, and leadership teams to deliver a high-quality advisor experience.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience in financial services, insurance, or other relationship-driven industries is valued.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with changing business demands.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client support.
