Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive AssistantFile ManagementDevelop and maintain a systematic filing system for both physical and digital documents Ensure all important documents are easily accessible and securely stored Investor RelationsAssist in managing communications with current and potential investors Prepare investor updates and communication materials Content Creation & Social Media ManagementCreate and schedule bi-monthly LinkedIn posts highlighting company progress and engagement Support the growth of the companys online presence through consistent, thoughtful messaging Calendar & Travel ManagementManage and organize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics with attention to detail Office ManagementBuilding Maintenance- coordinate with outside contractors as needed or issues arise Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed Data Entry & Accounting SupportRevenue Accurately input monthly Oil & Gas revenue checks, upload into software Prepare and reconcile weekly bank deposits Accounts PayableReview, code, and input invoices with a high level of accuracy Ensure timely processing and distribution of weekly payments Special ProjectsAssist with a variety of miscellaneous tasks and special projects as needed Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives QualificationsHigh School Diploma and 3-5years of administrative or related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Why Join Us?Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business A role with variety, autonomy, and the ability to make a meaningful impact Room for professional growth and expanded responsibilities over time
