Senior Account Development Representative
A company is looking for a Sr. Account Development Representative (ADR).
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting
Own account-based prospecting activities and deliver qualified introductory meetings with key decision-makers
Generate prospecting campaigns, manage inbound leads, and provide proactive sales development coverage
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of sales development experience, preferably in software technology
Demonstrated sales hunter mentality with ability to engage with management and technical professionals
Expertise in prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and sales qualification
Proficiency with marketing and sales technologies such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Self-starter with strong work ethic and adaptability to changing environments
