*** Chief Executive Officer Opportunity - siRNA ***QP Group is currently partnered with an AI-powered siRNA therapeutics company ocused on gene-regulating medicines. They are looking for a CEO who will hold full accountability for the company's brand presence, capital markets, investment and M&A, global commercialization strategy, and international stakeholder engagement across the US, Europe, and beyond.Responsibilities:Drive global strategic partnerships, licensing opportunities, and business development around the siRNA pipeline, AI drug discovery platform, and delivery technologies; engage with pharma, biotech, and industry partners to advance collaborations.Represent the company at major international conferences and scientific forums to build global visibility and industry credibility.Work closely with the R&D team to communicate the company’s scientific and platform value to global investors and partners; focus on capital, market development, BD, branding, and fundraising rather than internal technical decision-making.Serve as the company’s official spokesperson overseas in media and industry settings; build and strengthen a differentiated global brand around “AI + siRNA”.Experience Required:15+ years of hands-on experience in the siRNA / ASO / oligonucleotide therapeutics space.Demonstrated track record in early-stage siRNA/oligonucleotide drug discovery, pipeline, and preclinical/clinical development; familiarity with sequence optimization, delivery technologies (GalNAc, LNP, conjugate delivery, etc.), pharmacology/toxicology, and global IND filing requirements.Proven experience in siRNA/nucleic acid licensing (in/out), M&A, and cross-border deal executionStrong understanding of global biotech capital markets, biotech valuation, and pipeline pricingPlease apply directly or via harry@qpexec.com
