ALIYA Healthcare Consulting - SummaryThe Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) is a senior executive leader responsible for developing and executing HR strategy aligned with organizational goals across a multi-facility healthcare organization. This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, labor compliance, performance management, compensation and benefits, leadership development, and culture.
