Senior Associate Frontend Software EngineerWe’re looking for a Senior Associate Frontend Software Engineer to join a growing technology team supporting sophisticated internal platforms and business-critical applications.This role will focus on building intuitive, high-performance frontend experiences using React and TypeScript, with an emphasis on data-heavy internal and administrative tools. You’ll work closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders to translate business needs into clean, reliable, and user-friendly interfaces.This is a great opportunity for an engineer who is comfortable taking ownership of frontend components, writing maintainable code, and working independently with moderate guidance.What You’ll DoBuild, maintain, and enhance internal and administrative applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend toolsDevelop data-dense interfaces including tables, filters, pagination, forms, and CRUD functionalityPartner with backend engineers and product stakeholders to translate requirements into responsive, high-performing UI componentsWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code, including unit and basic integration testsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to frontend development standards and best practicesProactively identify blockers, manage assigned development work, and communicate progress effectivelySupport troubleshooting and incident response related to frontend applicationsImprove the usability, reliability, and accessibility of internal business applicationsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field2+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong hands-on experience with React and TypeScriptExperience with modern frontend development tools and frameworksDemonstrated experience building or maintaining internal tools, administrative applications, or other data-heavy user interfacesExperience developing components involving tables, forms, filtering, pagination, and similar workflowsUnderstanding of frontend testing practices and writing maintainable, production-quality codeAbility to work effectively with moderate oversight and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong collaboration and communication skillsAbility to document technical decisions and clarify requirements with technical and nontechnical stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience with ViteExposure to financial services, trading platforms, fintech, or other data-intensive environmentsExperience working with backend/API teamsFamiliarity with accessibility and frontend performance best practicesExperience supporting business-critical internal applicationsCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annuallyThe organization offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision coverageCoverage options for eligible dependentsPaid time offAdditional employee benefits and wellness offeringsAdditional DetailsThis is a full-time, hybrid position with an in-person component.Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and indefinite basis.
