Program Manager

While this position is remote, preference will be given to candidates located on the East Coast to support collaboration across our core business hours. The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful execution of deliverables across Cascadience, including digital product development, launch readiness, marketing initiatives, operational projects, vendor management, and organizational growth efforts. This position is assignment focused on supporting the successful launch and operationalization of Volio, an AI-powered mobile application designed to support neurodivergent students. Following launch, the role is expected to expand into broader program management responsibilities across Cascadience's portfolio of products, services, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. SUMMARY OF JOB-SPECIFIC DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS Program & Execution Management Own and coordinate multiple concurrent projects across product, marketing, operations, and partnerships Maintain integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks Ensure delivery against priorities, scope, and deadlines across all workstreams Identify risks early. Product & Vendor Coordination Serve as primary liaison between Cascadience and external development vendors Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution Drive clarity on requirements, decisions, and dependencies Marketing & Launch Execution Coordinate launch-related marketing activities, campaigns, content, and outreach initiatives Align marketing timelines with product readiness and operational capacity Process & Policies Support execution of operational improvements, systems, and organizational initiatives Maintain project tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools Improve visibility, structure, and accountability across workstreams Stakeholder & Executive Communication Provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, and priorities Translate project progress into clear, actionable reporting Facilitate alignment across internal teams, vendors, and advisors Ensure decisions and next steps are documented and executed ORGANIZATIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS · Uphold all Cascadience policies, procedures, and practices.
