Area Manager - Medical Office Operations

We want to hear from you!Area Manager Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):Lead and support 15-20+ team members across front desk and clinical rolesEnsure clinic compliance with company policies, HR standards, and healthcare regulationsManage and improve scheduling systems, queue flow, and daily clinic operationsOversee onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiativesMonitor revenue activity, A/R and A/P processes, and assist with local marketingResolve patient or staff concerns with professionalism and efficiencyCoordinate staff schedules and provider calendars (including on-call rotations)Manage inventory, supply ordering, and facility maintenance communicationsHandle deposits, payroll timekeeping, and front desk coverage when neededArea Manager Required Education, Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 4 years of medical office management experience requiredMinimum 4 years managing large teams (15+ employees)Deep knowledge of medical billing, insurance workflows, and EMR/EHR systemsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to travel occasionally between clinic locationsCommitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentialityProfessional, compassionate, and solution-oriented mindsetWhy Join Us?At our growing healthcare organization, you're not just managing, you're making an impact.
