Occasional schedule flexibility may be required based on project needs; advance notice will be provided.Job Description:Position SummaryThis position focuses on precision optical testing and alignment. The candidate will support the assembly, integration, testing, and qualification of an optical metrology system, as well as the testing and optimization of precision optical systems.EducationAssociate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferredDegree in Optics or a related field preferred but not requiredExperience7 years in optics (with Associate's Degree), or5 years in optics (with Bachelor's Degree)Background in optical alignment, test setup, and data processingRequirementsSolid understanding of geometrical opticsExperience analyzing data using standard tools (e.g., Excel, MATLAB, Python)Ability to learn technical procedures quickly and contribute to workflow improvementsComfortable working in a research environment with evolving requirements and open-ended problem solvingSelf-directed; able to work effectively with limited on-site supervisionDemonstrated safe-handling practices for sensitive optical componentsPreferredExperience working in a cleanroom environment#TB_OTH#ZRWhy TalentBurst?At TalentBurst, we deliver more than talent, we deliver outcomes.
