Job DetailsDescriptionSchedule: Part-time days (7am-11am) or evenings (4pm-7pm)What will you do? You will be responsible for taking menu orders from residents, guests, and community associates, serving meals, and bussing tables according to established policies and procedures.Utilizes proper food handling and food service techniqueEnsures tables are perfectly set, chairs are in place and cleanTakes order from resident, guest, or associate promptly.Be knowledgeable of all specials and general descriptions of all food items being servedProvide service in a friendly and timely mannerBusses tables and resets for the next meal service according to established policy and procedureOrders necessary supplies and equipmentQualificationsGood team work skills.Must be able to work a flexible schedule.Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.Must be familiar with Health Department Regulations.Education And ExperienceMust be at least 16 years old and have working papers.Must be able to read, write and understand English language.Must be able to process simple mathematical calculations: add, subtract, multiply, and dividePrevious experience working in a restaurant setting preferred.Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00Starting Pay: Based on experienceThompson Health is an EOE encouraging individuals with disabilities, and veterans to apply.
