As a key member of our Enterprise Applications and Architecture team, you will focus on enhancing automation through an integrated suite of enterprise systems and technologies. Your work will enable our finance teams to prioritize strategic initiatives while achieving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Partner with finance and accounting stakeholders to identify and implement the best technology solutions for scaling finance processes. Evaluate current business processes, conduct fit/gap analyses, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to advance the product roadmap for applications like NetSuite, Zip, and Workiva. Exhibit your expertise in NetSuite, especially in key processes such as General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. Produce comprehensive product management documentation including Functional Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, and Business Process Mapping Diagrams. Design scalable solutions within NetSuite and other applications, including customizations, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting. Work with business system analysts and engineers to develop and implement automation and technical solutions. Create and execute test plans for new features, leading integration and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams. Address production issues promptly, prioritizing resolutions based on severity and impact. Support business process transformation initiatives to improve efficiencies in critical tasks such as Month-End Closure and Financial Reporting. Conduct solution walkthroughs, application demonstrations, and user training sessions. Assist with change management documentation, including runbooks. What We Look For:Strong knowledge of finance-related business processes such as Order Management, Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, Procurement, Expenses, Payables, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting. In-depth understanding of Record to Report finance business processes and month-end accounting/reporting features in NetSuite. 5+ years of system administration experience with ERPs like NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, and finance applications like Workiva and Zip. 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience with various NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, and Payments. 3+ years of experience with large-scale ERP implementations and integrations using middleware technologies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint ceremonies and backlog management. Understanding of production support, incident management, and defect management processes. A desire to continuously learn new systems, take on diverse roles, and work independently in a dynamic finance environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional technical teams. Nice to Haves:CPA or Chartered Accountant certification. NetSuite Certification. Experience with middleware solutions like Workato. A passion for the crypto economy and Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Experience in the financial industry. Experience with multi-country and multi-currency ERP implementations. Job ID: P74234 Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position is between $170,765 and $200,900 USD.
