Lead Team Member

The Lead Team Member supports daily store operations including opening and closing, cash handling, inventory processing, merchandising, and maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment. This role provides leadership on the sales floor by delivering exceptional customer service and guiding team performance.This position also assists with training team members, delegating tasks, and acting as Manager-on-Duty when needed. The Lead Team Member will support marketing efforts, in-store events, and social media initiatives while contributing ideas to help grow the business and strengthen community engagement.Additionally, this role assists with operational planning for seasonal and promotional periods.
