PEMB Assembler/ Steel Erector

ABOUT THE COMPANYLocal (Phoenix Metro Area) construction company seeking qualified and experienced PEB/PEMB erectors for all phases of metal building projects.ABOUT THE POSITIONIt's essential that you possess the knowledge, ability, and understanding of commercial steel erection construction and safety practices.Seeking 1-2 years minimum experience erecting PEB or metal cladding as a laborer, foreman, and/or superintendent.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: PEB steel erection, metal roofs/walls and insulation. You'll be responsible for working on the ground, on lifts, and on elevated surfaces while wearing personal protective equipment.Construction projects are located within Arizona, primarily in the Maricopa County area.Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, hold and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License.JOB TYPEFull Time, Direct Hire, HourlyHOURSMonday - Friday 7am - 5pm, some nights , some weekendsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSMust be 18+ years (or older)5+ years experience in construction tradesAbility to work in the United States without sponsorshipAbility to work in various temperatures and environmentsAble to work independentlyCapable of lifting 50 lbsComfortable and capable of clear courteous verbal and written communications with customersCurrent valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving recordDetail orientedHigh level of integrityHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)OSHA10 preferred, but not requiredPractices diligence with a sense of urgencySelf motivatedSound judgement and critical thinkingPAY$18 - 30 per hourBased on experience
