The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise, modern frontend development skills, and hands-on experience with production AI solutions.Required Skills8–12 years of Full Stack Development experience.Strong backend development using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).Hands-on experience with ReactJS (Hooks, State Management) and Node.js.Experience building REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.Strong database experience with Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.Experience with Microsoft Azure.Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).AI/GenAI Experience (Required)Production experience with LLM integrations.Hands-on experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.Experience with Agentic AI systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP).Knowledge of AI application architecture and scalable GenAI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop scalable backend services using Python and modern frontend applications using ReactJS.Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and AI-powered applications.Design scalable database solutions and optimize application performance.Integrate LLMs, knowledge graphs, and GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams on architecture, HLD/LLD, and end-to-end solution delivery.Troubleshoot production issues, improve scalability, and ensure high availability.Preferred ExperienceKnowledge Graphs (Neo4j, Cosmos DB)Azure Cloud ServicesPerformance tuning and data latency optimizationSchema drift and concept drift handling in ML systemsEnterprise application architecture and distributed systemsHow to ApplyIf you're based in Miami FL and this opportunity aligns with your experience, we'd love to hear from you.
