We work with fast-growing, complex commerce organizations that need real-time visibility and orchestration across channels, partners, and systems.The RolePipe17 is hiring an ABM and Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our field, event, partner, and experience with executing ABM programs. This role is highly cross-functional and revenue-focused. You'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen strategic account engagement.This is a hands-on role for a builder who enjoys turning strategy into execution and measuring impact all the way through the funnel.What You'll DoAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)Partner with Sales to design and execute 1:many and 1:few ABM programs targeting priority accountsCreate personalized, multi-touch campaigns across events, content, direct mail, and digitalSupport account expansion and deal acceleration through tailored field and ABM initiativesField & Event MarketingOwn end-to-end planning and execution of field marketing programs, including trade shows, hosted events, executive dinners, roadshows, and virtual eventsDevelop regional and vertical-specific programs aligned to sales prioritiesManage event logistics, vendors, budgets, and post-event follow-upMeasure event ROI and influence on pipeline and revenuePartner MarketingOwn co-marketing programs with Pipe17 partners, including joint events, webinars, sponsorships, and campaignsCoordinate messaging, execution, and lead sharing with partner teamsSupport partner-led pipeline generation and field enablementCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align programs with go-to-market strategyEnsure consistent messaging and positioning across all field and partner activitiesProvide feedback from the field to inform product and messaging decisionsReporting & OptimizationTrack program performance, pipeline impact, and ROIBuild clear reporting for leadership on what's working and where to investContinuously test, optimize, and scale successful programsWhat We're Looking For4-7 years of experience in B2B/ABM & field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation (SaaS preferred)Proven experience owning events and field programs from strategy through executionStrong understanding of ABM principles and hands-on experience running ABM campaignsExperience working closely with Sales and Partnerships to drive pipelineHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple programs at onceData-driven mindset with the ability to measure and communicate impactWillingness to travel for events (approximately 20-30%)Nice to HaveExperience marketing to commerce, retail, logistics, or supply chain audiencesExperience with marketing automation, CRM, and ABM toolsStartup or high-growth company experienceCompensation (US FTE)Competitive salaryGreat healthcare + dental + vision coverageRetirement planPick your own equipment.
