What You'll Do as a Production Line Operator: Load, unload, and align materials on the production line Follow standardized work instructions with precision Inspect parts for quality and conformity to specs Assist with equipment and product changeovers Maintain a clean and safe work environment Accurately complete forms and documentation Monitor equipment and report unusual conditions promptly Skills and Experience High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) Ability to read instructions and complete simple paperwork in English Basic math and computer skills Willingness to stand, lift, bend, and move for the duration of your shift A team-player mindset and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally and 10 lbs. regularly We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
