A company is looking for an Aviation Industrial / Organizational Psychologist.
Key Responsibilities
Apply behavioral science and human factors expertise to assess workforce impacts of modernization activities
Lead readiness assessments and analyze workforce adaptation challenges related to new technologies and operational practices
Translate behavioral insights into actionable recommendations for program decision-making and change management strategies
Required Qualifications
Ability to obtain Public Trust (U.S. Citizen)
Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
10-18 years of experience in safety-critical environments
Experience in human factors assessment and workload analysis
Ability to operate effectively in performance-based, time-sensitive environments
