Material Handler

Job Summary Selecta Sol is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse and logistics operations within our renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling, storing, and distributing materials efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to work orders Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock control Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations Operate warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards Assist with labeling, packaging, and staging materials for delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Follow company safety procedures and report any hazards or discrepancies Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred Forklift certification is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Working Conditions Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods Work in warehouse or industrial environment (may include heat or cold) Flexible schedule, including overtime if required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within the company Training and certification support Pay: $19.04 - $25.95 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Food provided Professional development assistance Wellness program Work Location: In person
