Electrical Project Manager (Gastonia)

Opportunity: Seeking an Industrial Electrical Project Manager to lead projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope with pre-construction team Estimate resources and manage procurement Handle permits and regulatory requirements Oversee schedules, budgets, and job costs Manage subcontractors and vendors Coordinate with architects, engineers, and teams Ensure compliance with building codes Manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders Qualifications: 2+ years project management experience in construction Experience managing multiple projects Strong knowledge of NEC and blueprint reading Budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation skills Organized, detail-oriented, and strong leadership Preferred: PMP certification Degree in Construction Management or related field Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or P6
