Division Controller

We are working with a manufacturing company that is looking for a Divisional Controller to manage all accounting and finance for a $70MM business. This role will be responsible for month end close, financial reporting, consolidations, accounting operations, ad-hoc analysis and reporting, SOX compliance, revenue recognition, oversight of staff, working closely with senior leadership and much more. Responsibilities: Manage month end close and accounting operations for the organization. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including commentary and related analysis. Prepare financial reports for senior leadership. Prepare budgets, forecasts, strategic analysis, and more. Provide technical accounting guidance and insight for any accounting issues. Be involved in continuous evaluation and improvement of accounting processes and procedures. Maintain overall compliance with SOX standards. Primary contact for external auditors. Ad-hoc projects. Experience Requirements BS in Accounting, Finance, or similar 8+ years of overall accounting experience; manufacturing experience required Experience working for companies that are SOX compliant CPA strongly preferred
