The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.Required Skills12+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, User Interface (UI) design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices.Expertise in wireframing, user flows, information architecture, journey mapping, and interactive prototyping.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Design Systems and reusable UI components.Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Agile methodologies.Ability to collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.Experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate design intent is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise applications in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or E-commerce.Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles.Experience with animation and micro-interactions using tools such as Principle, ProtoPie, or After Effects is a plus.Experience mentoring junior designers and leading design reviews.Mandatory RequirementsOnly candidates with 12+ years of experience will be considered.Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise UI/UX projects is mandatory.Only H4 EAD, L2S, Green Card (GC), and U.S. Citizens (USC) are eligible.W2 candidates only.
