Job Description SummaryAt GE Vernova, the Americas Digital Customer Success & Reliability Leader is responsible for driving customer success and business growth across the post-sales customer lifecycle for Digital solutions. The position leads a team across the Americas, supporting customers through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and advocacy. This role impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives, while operating within established policies and processes. The role requires strong operational judgment, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer outcomes and business results.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesDeliver world-class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions by combining industry expertise, equipment knowledge, software capabilities, and strong customer relationship managementLead a small to medium-sized team of professionals across the Americas, driving customer outcomes, operational performance, and team developmentInfluence functional strategy, including resource planning, execution priorities, and policy development within the area of responsibilityAssess business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and servicesApply strong judgment to solve complex problems across operational, technical, product, engineering, and service environmentsDevelop thoughtful, data-informed recommendations by evaluating information, asking the right questions, and engaging the appropriate stakeholdersIdentify and implement solutions outside of established approaches when needed to meet customer and business objectivesLead functional initiatives and projects, communicating complex concepts clearly and influencing cross-functional stakeholdersStay informed on industry trends and emerging customer needs to help shape continuous improvement and business performanceRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experienceCandidates with a high school diploma / GED must have at least 12 years of relevant experience in Services and Digital Customer ReliabilityMinimum of 10 years of professional experience in the Services and Digital Customer Reliability segmentDemonstrated experience in customer-facing, service-oriented, and digital reliability environmentsCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is posted and to which they apply, without requiring current or future sponsorshipDesired CharacteristicsSignificant experience in the Power Generation industry, with a strong background in aftermarket and services-focused leadership rolesExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal, collaboration, and people leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop practical solutions, and drive executionProven track record of leading programs and projects across cross-functional teamsStrong ability to plan, document, communicate, and execute strategic programsSolid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyAdditional InformationGE Vernova offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
