Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Summer Internship role based in Leonardtown, MD. The Development Annual Report Intern will assist in compiling and organizing data for the school’s annual report. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing donor and financial records, collaborating with team members to draft content and design/layout ideas, and assisting in proofreading and publication processes. The intern will also support other development office tasks as assigned, such as donor correspondence and event preparation, contributing to the school’s overall mission and goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Programming knowledge for data management and analysisEffective verbal and written Communication skills for collaboration, reporting, and content creationFamiliarity with Software Development tools and processes is advantageousInterest or experience in Sales or donor engagement processesProficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google WorkspaceAttention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasksCurrently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldCommitment to the values
