This role serves as the primary technical resource for sustaining production ServiceNow environments, resolving issues, supporting upgrades, and implementing configuration changes. The position also supports Microsoft 365 and low‑code platforms, translating business needs into workflows, automations, and technical solutions. This is a fully remote role requiring a Public Trust clearanceResponsibilities:ServiceNow Operations & MaintenanceServe as the primary technical resource for sustaining and supporting ServiceNow applications and modulesTroubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and user‑reported issues, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actionsSupport platform upgrades, patching, and configuration changes to maintain system stability, performance, and complianceServiceNow Development & ConfigurationConfigure, enhance, and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, and platform componentsSupport new development efforts within defined scope, ensuring solutions follow best practices for maintainability, scalability, and securityImplement enhancements to meet evolving business and operational requirementsBusiness Analysis & Workflow DesignCollaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand operational needs, clarify requirements, and identify underlying process gapsTranslate business requests into logical workflows, technical specifications, and implementation plansRecommend process improvements and automation opportunities; document workflows, configurations, and support proceduresMicrosoft 365 & Low‑Code Platform SupportSupport administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 environments across development, test, and productionMaintain and enhance solutions built using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint OnlineAssist with integrations between Microsoft 365 tools and ServiceNow; coordinate with internal development teams on shared solutionsTechnical Support & SME GuidanceProvide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to IT and cybersecurity staff on solutions built using ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Archer, and related technologiesSupport knowledge transfer, documentation, and best‑practice adoption across the technical teamRequirementsHands‑on experience supporting and maintaining ServiceNow in a production environmentProficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, ServiceNow, and ArcherStrong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and ServiceNow scripting/configuration skillsKnowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and low‑code platformsAbility to translate business needs into technical workflows and solutionsStrong communication and documentation skillsExperience with Section 508 complianceProven experience with cybersecurity technologiesDesired SkillsExperience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform maintenanceFamiliarity with ServiceNow GRC, Archer, or similar risk/compliance toolsExperience in regulated or compliance‑driven environmentsBackground in hybrid developer/business analyst rolesCybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.)Education & CertificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experienceServiceNow CertificationBenefitsJoin PROSYNC and enjoy our great benefits!Compensation:We offer bonuses that are awarded quarterly to our employees and our compensation rates are highly competitiveHealth & Retirement:We offer a comprehensive Health Benefits package and 401K Retirement plan so you can take care of yourself and your family, now and in the future.
