Trident Consulting is seeking a " Project Manager (Learning & Development)” for one of our client in " Irwindale, CA - Hybrid "A global leader in business and technology services.Position: Project Manager (Learning & Development)Location: Irwindale, CA (Hybrid – As Needed)Duration: 6 Months (Extension Possible)Pay Rate: $83/hr on W2Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMEmployment Type: Contract - W2Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to support the Enterprise Learning & Development (ELD) organization by managing enterprise learning projects and training portfolios. This role will provide strategic direction for training initiatives, ensuring employees have the knowledge and skills required to work safely while meeting corporate and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise training programs, collaborating with business leaders and instructional designers, driving regulatory compliance initiatives, and delivering data-driven learning solutions across multiple business unitsKey ResponsibilitiesManage enterprise learning projects and training portfolios from planning through execution.Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, timelines, and monitor project progress.Oversee implementation of training initiatives across multiple operating units.Evaluate training effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements.Lead curriculum maintenance and development to ensure alignment with safety, business, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and Instructional Designers to develop and implement training solutions.Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve operational performance and regulatory compliance.Define project requirements, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery.Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive presentations.Support continuous improvement initiatives across Enterprise Learning & Development.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years of experience managing projects, learning initiatives, or enterprise training programs.Experience implementing enterprise training initiatives across multiple business units.Experience managing curriculum development and training program maintenance.Strong project management experience, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution.Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to improve operational performance.Experience collaborating with business leaders, SMEs, and Instructional Designers.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience within the Utility, Energy, Electric Grid, or Power Delivery industry.Experience supporting regulatory compliance and safety training initiatives.Knowledge of electric grid operations and utility workforce training.Experience implementing automation solutions to improve compliance and operational efficiency.Experience working with regulatory agencies and reporting compliance metrics.About Trident ConsultingTrident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
