This is a full-time, onsite position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (Onsite) Job Type: Temp-to-HirePay: $30-$35 DOEPosition Overview This role supports a busy team in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate is well-spoken, highly organized, and possesses strong written communication skills. Experience in the accounting industry is a plus.Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to leadership and staffDraft and edit professional correspondence and reportsManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsAnswer and direct phone calls in a professional mannerAssist with data entry, reports, and general office supportSupport accounting team with administrative tasks as neededQualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional office environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsWell-spoken with a professional demeanorProficient in MS Office Suite (intermediate level required)Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced settingAccounting industry experience is a plusPay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour Search managed by: Cynthia VarelaBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
