Job Description Increase your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.The Shipping Associate position verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.Essential Functions:Supports the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department leadRequired to make pick-ups and deliveries to our suppliers for parts and raw materials using a company vehicleAccurately and efficiently process, package, and ship ordersAppropriately receive, unload and place incoming inventory items. Examines, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Organize the warehouse and maintain a safe and productive environmentCheck, verify and fill customer invoices to ensure accuracy Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper department or areasTransport finished goods and raw materials Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of products Maintain xhyhwjd equipment in a condition that does not compromise safetyEnsure work is done safely, consistently and meets quality standardsAccurately complete all required paperwork in a timely mannerCommunicate with other departments as necessaryKeep work areas clean and organized Adhere to all company rules and policiesPerforms other related duties as assigned by supervisor #ZR
