Other duties, in addition to the below, may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.Essential Job DutiesDemonstrates competence on performance and status reporting, support issues and planning processes in relation to the support service activities.Demonstrates high attention to details.Exhibits the ability to implement a transparent governance structure and reporting procedures that include clear lines of communication between the team and the Government.Provides a process for proactive performance and project risk identification and management, escalation, mitigation, and resolution.Works on how to organize, plan, report, prioritize, schedule work and exercise project control.Indicates how the efforts will be allocated and managed to satisfy the full range of projects.Addresses coordination and control of work assignments including ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Provides an approach to handling quick response efforts and priorities.Manages teams of developers and O&M staff in day-to-day operations. Participates in SAFe Agile activities. Minimum Required QualificationsPMP Certified (PgMP Preferred)Active Public Trust Clearance10 years professional experience7 years of progressive experience in strategic project management, planning and delivery of contracted services according to contract terms. Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction for specific projects and sub-tasks. Capability to manage multitask projects of high complexity.Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or other IT related degree is required. Engineering, mathematics, and science degrees are considered acceptable substitutes.
