Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (Hybrid role – 3 days/week)Type: Full‐time / ContractJob OverviewProvide technical expertise and leadership to a team dedicated to Salesforce technologies design and build activities. Ensure activities are completed, validated, align with architectural objectives and requirements, and successfully deploy into the production environment. Mentor the team to optimize design solutions, champion standard processes, and troubleshoot development and test environment issues.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a highly technical team through effective hiring, vendor partner management, coaching, and performance management.Foster a collaborative, succession‐oriented team environment where resources are empowered and accountable.Provide work direction, delegation, and prioritization to the team; ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures.Partner with leadership, vendors, contractors, and direct reports to deliver robust technical solutions, maintaining service‐level commitments and project timelines.\ Oversee the technical correctness and completeness of engineering design artifacts, proactively identify and resolve issues.Drive continuous improvement of processes, policies, and best practices to optimize performance and availability of technologies.Root‐cause analysis of development and test environment issues; lead the team to implement changes or improvements to prevent recurrence.Define, track, and measure overall department performance and metrics; report status updates to technology leadership.Continuously develop specialized knowledge and technical subject‐matter expertise by staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and their business value.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.8+ years of progressive scope, impact, responsibility, including hands‐on and leadership roles with technologies.Proven track record of delivering varying initiatives and driving execution.Experience influencing, leading, and coaching without direct leadership responsibility.Strong reasoning and troubleshooting skills.Hands‐on experience with Salesforce platform: configuration, customization, Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, integration, security administration, and core features.Scalable technical solution architecture, integrated solution involving Salesforce clouds (preferably Financial Cloud).Understanding of integrations with third‐party systems (ESB, PubSub, Point‐to‐Point, Batch, Singleton, etc.) and Salesforce capabilities (SOAP, REST, Platform Events, Streaming, APIs).Preferred QualificationsExcellent communication and articulation of technical information across organizational levels.Experience working in geodispersed team environments.Ability to negotiate or persuade others in moderately complex situations.Supplementary InformationSeniority Level: Mid‐SeniorEmployment Type: Full‐timeJob Function: Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and Consulting, Information Services, Technology, Media#J-18808-Ljbffr
