The culture is fast, feedback-rich, low on bureaucracy, and fully in-person.The OpportunityOur partner is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the intersection of engineering and the customer. You will build real product while working directly with enterprise clients, roughly 70% deep technical work and 30% client-facing communication. You will own problems end to end in an environment where you rarely have all the data, and where agency and ownership are prized above process.ResponsibilitiesBuild and ship backend systems in a Python-heavy, agentic codebaseWork directly with enterprise clients to deploy and tailor solutionsTranslate ambiguous customer needs into working softwareOperate with high autonomy and ownership under fast deadlinesRequirements1-7 years of software engineering experienceStrong Python and backend fundamentalsExcellent communication; comfortable meeting and working with clientsFounding or early-stage startup experience preferredAbility to operate in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
